2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

- The product is in original packaging and stored under recommended conditions

5. Replacements / Exchanges
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products:
- A replacement may be offered instead of a refund
- Replacement will be arranged through the nearest authorized distributor
